Metro’s Disadvantage/Small Business Enterprise
The California Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) was created so that Minority Owned Business in the State of California can compete on a fairer playing field. SBC Consultants, Inc. uses a Unified Application process which allows those certified to be accepted Statewide, not just by one department.
